  • Strong understanding of cross-channel, multi-touch marketing campaigns and content strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development and execution of an abundance of cross-channel, multi-touch campaigns designed to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion of tens of thousands of users every month. These campaigns will span various channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Leverage and optimize our technology stack, which currently includes Snowflake, Tableau, CDP, Intercom, and Mailchimp. Ensure seamless integration and functionality of these tools to support our marketing operations.
  • Establish a comprehensive reporting framework to track and analyze campaign performance. Use insights derived from data to continuously refine and improve marketing strategies. Understand and manage the flow of insights to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Implement methodologies to track non-linear user journeys and segment audiences effectively. Use these insights to personalize marketing efforts and enhance user experience.
  • Work closely with the product, content, and design teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on marketing initiatives. Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of the latest marketing methodologies and best practices. Apply these to drive impactful marketing strategies that contribute to ManyChat’s growth objectives.
