Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on advanced waveform analysis including the identification, demodulation, and characterization of unknown signals
  • Assess the implication of changes in the signals environment and coordinate their assessment with mission and collection management counterparts
  • Use advanced signals analysis tools and techniques to collect, interpret, and analyze data
  • Conduct thorough analyses of COMINT data, preparing detailed reports and briefings that communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Work closely with other intelligence professionals, military personnel, and government agencies to share information and intelligence operations
  • Stay up to date on the latest systems and signals analysis tools and techniques technologies
  • Contribute to the development of new analytical tools and methodologies to enhance capabilities
  • Interact with collection managers, collection operators, and analysts on new analytic methods, technologies, and collection strategies
  • Collaborate with national and tactical collection and operations elements to advance target development efforts, recommend collection strategies, and support strategic and operational requirements

  • Experience with the application of 451 or 452 training
  • Knowledge of signal theory and legacy and emerging telecommunication standards and protocols
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics preferred; Master's degree in Mathematics a plus
