Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls or walk-ins to the Service Drive: answering client questions, making appointments, taking messages for Service Advisor, coordinating with Client Care Center Schedulers
  • Handle outbound calls: reminding clients of upcoming appointments, relaying Service Advisor messages
  • Coordinate all service appointments based on vehicle brand guidelines
  • Coordinates all detail, dent repairs, water leaks, and glass repairs with vendors
  • Provide recommendations for recalls and pick-up/delivery to customers
  • Greeting clients when entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude, answering any questions, directing them to the appropriate Service Advisor or location
  • Assist Service Advisors on follow up calls to clients on status of their vehicles: notifying when vehicle is / will be ready for pick up
  • Print leads weekly for Sales Managers
  • Sets first service appointment for sales department after the initial sales of a vehicle
  • Become active participant in skills and knowledge enhancement with a growth mindset: by attending Schumacher University, brand webinars and trainings, staying abreast of current state of automotive industry standards and strategies
  • Walking short distances repeatedly throughout the day to assist clients, Service Advisors, and visitors
  • Other duties as assigned by management
