Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with previous experience in Aerospace Quality System or in Quality Assurance
  • Auditor qualification
  • Knowledge of audit principles, methods and processes AS9100 and AS1310
  • Knowledge of AS management system standards, other relevant standards and reference/guidance documents
  • Knowledge of applicable statutory and regulatory requirements and other requirements relevant to business activities of the auditee (e.g. Part 21 & Part 145, EMAR21 & EMAR145)
  • Fluent Italian and English
  • Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
Responsibilities
  • Establish the extent of audit program according to relevant objectives and any known constraints
  • Determine external and internal issues, risks and opportunities that can affect the audit program and implement actions to address them
  • Communicate the audit program to the client and, as appropriate, relevant interested parties
  • Provide guidelines for a correct audit execution and ensure the execution of internal audit program with the support of company auditors
  • Ensure that appropriate documented information is prepared and maintained, including audit program records
  • Support appropriate continuous development activities to maintain the necessary competence, support auditors' competences training and update the relevant register
  • Monitor, review and improve audit programs by establishing a correct measurement system and update the relevant KPIs
  • Support the coordination and implementation of the New Make, MRO and CRO audit program in compliance with Quality and Safety Management Systems, Control Authorities and Customer requirements, together with Site Quality System, Customer Quality and Supplier Quality
  • Execute internal audits and assure principles of auditing
  • Ensure verification of completion and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions related to audit findings, with the contribution of the Site Quality System managers
  • Promote improvement actions based on audits data analysis
