  • 4–7 years as a Business Analyst, Systems Administrator, or similar role in a NetSuite environment.
  • Experience with Coupa, Concur, or RevPro is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge in core areas such as Order Management, Invoicing, Cash Application, and Saved Searches.
  • Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Boomi, SnapLogic, Workato) and hands-on experience in setting up API-based integrations.
  • Proven ability to lead projects autonomously, from gathering requirements to working with developers and integration consultants, to delivering impactful outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset and the ability to build relationships with business users at all levels.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the administrator for NetSuite and other financial applications, handling account maintenance, reporting, new user setups, and system configurations.
  • Support and enhance integrations between NetSuite and other critical SaaS applications (e.g., Coupa, SFDC, Navan, Avalara) using integration platforms like Boomi, SnapLogic, and Workato.
  • Identify and automate manual processes within the finance systems, driving productivity across business units and ensuring best practices in finance operations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, acting as the IT lead and subject matter expert in finance-related projects. Work closely with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead and manage multiple finance projects simultaneously, from scoping and planning to execution. Provide clear communication and project updates to stakeholders at all levels.
