  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in a direct management role with proven success in people management.
  • Graduate of an accredited university with a Master or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy that is recognized by the APTA.
  • Must hold active Physical Therapy license in good standing.
Responsibilities
  • Drive clinic growth and evolution by aligning objectives and goals with the company’s strategic plan, providing direct patient care and clinic coverage as needed to ensure continuity and quality, and overseeing strategic initiatives with clear communication to foster understanding and adoption of changes.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Clinic Directors to strengthen leadership and management capabilities within the region, while overseeing staff recruitment, onboarding, retention, satisfaction, and performance to create a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure exceptional patient care by enhancing the patient lifecycle, improving experiences, and maintaining satisfaction standards, while building relationships with referral sources and community partners to drive patient growth and increase clinic visibility.
  • Regularly review clinic performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and ensure alignment with company objectives, while partnering with leadership to set and track regional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
