Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience developing Java applications or services with SQL or NoSQL database backends.
- Experience with MongoDB development, preferably using Java.
- Knowledge of database performance and scaling concepts and tuning best practices.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced development environment with a broad scope of responsibilities.
- Ability to work seamlessly as part of a multi-site, multicultural development team.
Responsibilities
- Develop Java applications or services with database backends.
- Develop with MongoDB, preferably using Java.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience developing large distributed systems with a focus on performance.
- Familiarity with the Spring framework.
- MongoDB Developer certification.
- Experience or knowledge of Big Data and Analytics technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Storm.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
