- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Be able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Have essential proficiency in French.
- Have a minimum of two years of experience in critical care emergency nursing and/or intensive care nursing.
- For emergency assignments, be able to perform triage and work in the resuscitation room.
- Collaborate closely with the surgical team and anesthesiologists to ensure the proper conduct of interventions.
- Maintain rigorous documentation of care and interventions.
- Participate in teaching and maintaining clinical best practices.
- For emergency assignments, perform triage and work in the resuscitation room.
- For intensive care assignments, work with emergency stretchers, triage, the resuscitation room, and the ambulatory room.
- Work evening and night shifts, including 12-hour shifts and potentially 16-hour shifts if interested.
