Responsibilities
  • Report to the Interim Head of Digital & Performance Marketing
  • Support Social Media Specialists in planning, executing, and managing social media campaigns
  • Coordinate and quality check team for consistency and performance
  • Own planning, execution, and management of key events across all channels
  • Accountable for copywriting, content creation, analysis, and reporting
  • Stay updated on social media management standards, trends, and best practices
  • Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance
  • Manage stakeholders and inform on campaign performance and opportunities
  • Liaise with team members to ensure plans are achievable and on track
  • Identify new growth areas
  • Guide A/B testing initiatives
