Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of relevant experience. *Post-secondary education and relevant work experience may be interchanged to meet the combined total years of minimum required qualifications for education and experience
Responsibilities
  • Manage backlog of client experience recommendations; work with stakeholder teams (product, operations, affiliates) to prioritize, estimate, and present recommendations to leadership
  • Co-manage client complaint process - central point of contact for Banking and Cash Solutions, track complaints, ensure resolution, and provide analysis/reporting for BCS management
  • Complete analysis and make research-based recommendations in partnership with the product team to improve product features, service, sales, marketing, processes, policies and procedures
  • Partner with product team and marketing on sales initiatives
  • Work with process analyst team to prepare and conduct process walkthroughs, process flow updates, and journey mapping/client experience brainstorming sessions
  • Support and develop internal and external vendor/partner relationships
  • Develop and provide operations reporting and submit risk incidents as needed BUR (Business Unit Reviewer) and AdTrax submissions for product servicing campaigns
  • Actively identify opportunities to recommend, develop and build service and operations improvements for the organization
