Requirements
  • 8+ years of proven experience in data center, hyperscaler, cloud service provider, or AI system hardware supply chain and related industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, a related technical field, or Business Administration. Equivalent experience in high-tech commodity management will be considered.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into tangible results and drive execution.
  • Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and consensus-building skills.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with internal and external partners in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Strong understanding of "should cost" modeling and value analysis.
  • Proven experience partnering with C-suite executives and key supplier stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive sourcing strategies and roadmaps to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a pulse on emerging technologies and industry trends to conduct insightful competitive analyses.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with executive leadership at core suppliers, influencing their business models and technology roadmaps.
  • Lead complex supplier negotiations, manage RFQs/RFPs, and finalize business awards.
  • Own and implement master supply agreements and statements of work (SOWs).
  • Drive commercial engagements for prototype sourcing and development, supporting seamless transitions from NPI to mass production.
  • Propose and implement innovative supply chain enhancements to drive efficiency and cost savings.
