Requirements
  • At least 6 months of customer service-related experience.
  • Knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word, with the ability to learn internal systems.

Responsibilities
  • Multitask and prioritize among multiple client procedures and service-level agreements while processing mortgage loan document packages.
  • Escalate data and document discrepancies to clients and the management team for resolution to avoid transactional delays.
  • Monitor multiple mailboxes and workflows, handle inbound and outbound calls, and process and scan documents.
  • Support the team by providing precise responses based on client requirements and company standards.
  • Improve customer experience by taking ownership of each file, recognizing trends, and identifying areas requiring process improvements.
