Requirements
  • At least 4 years experience in retention or CRM marketing, ideally from a subscriptions background
  • Experience with managing multi-channel marketing campaigns including email
  • Knowledge of CRM/CDP Platforms and automated digital journeys
  • Experience using Google Workspace apps and collaboration tools
  • Knowledge of the latest opportunities and trends within retention marketing
  • Have a creative approach to managing solutions from start to finish and not afraid to push boundaries
Responsibilities
  • Driving yield and revenue, and improving lifetime value across our digital and print subscriber base
  • Delivering retention and engagement marketing initiatives to reduce churn and win back customers
  • Experienced in retention analytics and be confident in presenting results and recommendations to key stakeholders at all levels
  • Customer centric and will always deliver a first class customer experience
  • Reviewing how we can reduce costs and maximise our retention budget to support LTV across the business
