Leads software development initiatives for enterprise AI platforms, providing technical leadership and architectural guidance while delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions. Opportunity to work on real-world projects that directly impact warfighter capabilities and mission success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design and implementation of complex software systems and architectures
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers
Establish coding standards, best practices, and development processes
Drive technical decision-making and technology selection
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration and optimization
Lead code reviews and ensure software quality and security standards
Develop and maintain technical documentation and system specifications
Identify and implement performance optimizations and scalability improvements

Qualifications:

10+ years of software development experience with leadership responsibilities
Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph
Expertise in multiple programming languages and technology stacks
Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and system design
Experience with cloud-native development and containerization
Proven track record of leading technical teams and mentoring developers
Deep knowledge of security best practices and performance optimization
AWS experience highly preferred but not required
Military experience strongly preferred

This is a full-time, exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and is not eligible for overtime pay. Compensation for this position is provided on a salaried basis and is not subject to reduction based on hours worked.
