We are looking for a Staff Auditor to join our Finance team in the Atlanta Office . This is a full-time, in-person position.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and perform operational and financial audits across various business functions.
Test and evaluate internal controls to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Analyze contracts and verify subcontractor compliance with company standards.
Document audit findings and communicate results clearly to management.
Assist in identifying process improvements and risk mitigation strategies during audits.
Ability to communicate with Project Teams across the country while managing multiple tasks and competing priorities simultaneously.

Qualifications

Required:

A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills, and a “team first” mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to travel monthly to Project Job Sites for audit assignments.

Preferred:

Internship or prior experience in a finance or an accounting environment.
Familiarity with internal control frameworks and compliance standards.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for contract and financial review.
