Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in math, marketing, analytics or similar
  • 8+ years of retention experience in email, SMS, and paid advertising at a retail or DTC brand
  • Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing, attribution, and KPIs for retention
  • Experience developing, launching, and managing a loyalty program
  • Proficiency in email platforms, e-commerce platforms like Shopify, and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Retail experience
Responsibilities
  • Own the activation of customer database and build retention roadmap
  • Create and deploy segmented, personalized, and automated strategies across all channels
  • Launch the first loyalty program and drive customer engagement
  • Manage and develop the Retention team
  • Identify department patterns/trends and build optimal department policies and processes
  • Ensure an inclusive culture throughout the department
  • Lead the department through complex, ambiguous situations and change
Desired Qualifications
  • Degree in math, marketing, analytics or related field
  • Experience with email platforms, e-commerce platforms like Shopify, and HTML/CSS
  • Experience in predictive modeling and cohort creation
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Looker, etc.
