Responsibilities
  • Manages and executes multiple projects in line with designated deadlines

  • Prepares and updates project plans and status reports
  • Oversees project documentation and deliverables
  • Coordinates cross-functional meetings of personnel related to project
  • Allocates appropriate resources to ensure projects are completed within given time and budget
  • Establishes communications with customers; Communicates effectively across all levels of management
  • Identifies project and material requirements; Coordinates deliveries
  • Identifies and coordinates with necessary stakeholders for equipment assembly, installation and checkout
  • Reports status, develops project-related documentation, and implements lessons learned
  • Participates in project performance review meetings and discussions
  • Updates and maintains production and quality metrics for assigned projects
  • Participates in planning process
  • Manages risk accordingly
  • Optimizes and improves processes where necessary
Desired Qualifications
  • B.A. / B.S. degree (additional experience can be substituted for education)
  • PMP certification or DAWIA Level II
  • The ideal candidate will be goal oriented and action focused, pragmatic and self-disciplined
  • Able to effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities and possess excellent time management skills
