Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate and private events from concept to completion.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and event budgets.
Collaborate with internal teams to align event objectives with company goals.
Handle logistics including venue selection, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed expectations.
Prepare post-event reports and analyses to evaluate success and opportunities for improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination.
Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
