Requirements
  • Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Heart Failure
  • Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
  • U.S. ACGME Residency
Responsibilities
  • Join an established heart failure team comprised of an advanced heart failure cardiologist, APPs and nurses
  • Be part of the larger Southwest Cardiology group comprised of a growing team of invasive, interventional, EP, advanced imaging, and structural heart specialists
  • Support the advanced heart failure practice with advanced imaging modalities including cardiac PET-CT, Pyrophosphate scintigraphy and cardiac MRI
  • Work in a medical facility that is a referral center for trauma and emergency services and houses medical surgical units, a 32-bed ICU, a 50-bed emergency department and fifteen operating rooms
