The Role

We’re seeking a Service Coordinator to manage service administration, coordinate planned and reactive works, and ensure compliance with systems and processes. You’ll be the key link between clients, subcontractors, and the BGIS – Power Protect service team — ensuring smooth operations, timely responses, and excellent customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage service calls, reception, and sales enquiries
• Schedule and coordinate planned and reactive works
• Process customer orders, job cards, purchase orders, and invoices
• Generate and issue contract renewal notices and quotations
• Track service works through to completion, ensuring KPIs are met
• Maintain accurate client, equipment, and contract databases
• Coordinate subcontractors and monitor performance
• Report on service activities, compliance, and customer satisfaction
• Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints
• Support Facilities Managers and supervisors with reporting and projects

Your Education, Experience & Skills

• Year 12 education (minimum) with strong literacy and numeracy
• Experience in a service environment (essential)
• Knowledge of Simpro or similar workflow software
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail and customer focus
• Full working rights in Australia (essential)
