Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience providing administrative support.
  • Professional-level and highly efficient use of Microsoft suite software.
  • Some work must be performed in person, on-site, at a designated campus work location, while some work may be performed remotely.
  • Continuous eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship is required, and proof of work authorization and eligibility must be provided.
  • A cover letter and resume are required.
  • Employment may require a criminal background check.
Responsibilities
  • Schedule logistics and secure resources for meetings, conferences, travel, and work unit operations.
  • Maintain established methods and organizational systems for electronic and physical records related to work operations according to established policies and procedures.
  • Send, receive, copy, and distribute communications to appropriate entities according to established policies and procedures under general supervision.
  • Collect, analyze, and prepare communication materials from established sources using technology mediums.
  • Perform administrative tasks including preparing meeting agendas and minutes, word processing, calendaring, and purchasing.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for individuals and groups, provide basic organizational information by phone, in person, and through other communication mediums, and route complex inquiries to appropriate entities.
Desired Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience with travel arrangements and travel reimbursements.
  • Experience managing calendars and scheduling complex meetings.
  • Experience using virtual conference tools such as WebEx, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams.
  • A high-school diploma.
