Responsibilities
  • Own all partnership and payment operations relationships end-to-end
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for issues touching the Bank
  • Partner with Product and Ops stakeholders to launch new products
  • Design and implement key metrics to monitor partner ecosystem
  • Manage performance and SLAs of partners and vendors
  • Proactively identify and resolve gaps
