Requirements
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree; in lieu of degree 3+ years of relevant experience
  • 2+ years of professional work experience

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Retirement MC to develop and maintain a project portfolio in alignment with the organization’s strategic priorities.
  • Facilitate the intake, categorization, and prioritization of retirement projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure data is updated and available for portfolio leader’s assessments.
  • Assist in documenting project scope and objectives and documenting project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Maintain retail project reporting in retail tool of choice.
  • Provide project support as needed – note taking, meeting scheduling or follow up on action items.
  • Partner with Retirement Chief of Staff to ensure projects are on track and are aligned to organizational priorities.
  • Establish and maintain regular reporting and dashboards on project progress, outcomes, and performance.
  • Provide process improvement recommendations to streamline Retirement project execution and operations.
  • Build and develop relationships at various levels for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness across functions.
  • Assist in preparing communication materials to enhance management and the execution of retirement business strategies.
