Responsibilities
  • Work directly with CEO on building customer support team and processes from scratch
  • Create communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Manage large amounts of incoming customer support tickets via Zendesk
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
