Requirements
  • A master's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Sciences, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, coding, querying databases, or performing statistical analysis.
  • Experience programming in a general programming language such as Python, Java, Scala, or C++.
  • Experience building agentic workflows, including prompt engineering orchestration, state and context management, and use of Agent Development Kits or frameworks.
  • Experience with Python and SQL.
Responsibilities
  • Build developer frameworks to accelerate and improve the Business Intelligence development lifecycle and solutions.
  • Design and build highly reusable, complex skills, agents, and procedures at the AI Platform level for use across multiple projects by technical developers and non-technical finance stakeholders.
  • Act as a strategic zeroth Finance customer for DeepMind technology by partnering with core engineering teams on early-stage design, usability, and architecture.
  • Connect Finance AI developers, Corporate Engineering, DeepMind, and Cloud to define Finance technical requirements, align cross-organizational roadmaps, resolve ambiguity, and ship outcomes for internal and external customers.
  • Develop scalable, maintainable internal and external Software as a Service products decoupled from internal dependencies.
  • Drive the transformation of Google Finance into an artificial-intelligence-native organization as a thought leader and architect.
  • Advise leadership, navigate global stakeholders and engineering teams, and align Finance AI priorities into a cohesive roadmap.
  • Bridge Google’s core AI teams and the Finance organization to ensure technical development supports internal business objectives and scales into enterprise-ready AI products for external customers.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience defining technical standards and managing cross-functional roadmaps across teams.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, influence global leadership, and bridge core AI researchers, engineers, and non-technical business leaders.
  • Extensive experience architecting scalable enterprise AI solutions and generative AI pipelines, including Google’s AI technology stack.
  • A proven track record of building multi-tenant Software as a Service products, modern cloud data platforms, and Business Intelligence frameworks that reduce technical debt and accelerate developer velocity.
  • Deep understanding of corporate finance processes and data products, with hands-on experience integrating complex legacy financial systems.
