Responsibilities
  • Develop a solid understanding of commercial lease types, structures, and key financial components
  • Assist with the portfolio-wide roll out of our new global lease software and tools
  • Aid in the creation of customized reports and presentations that connect the key data points from the new leasing software and our CMS system (FM Systems)
  • Prepare financial analysis and presentation materials for ad hoc requests in order to support the strategic real estate goals of the Firm
  • Conduct market research on the areas within our existing portfolio to remain up to date with the latest market trends and competitor activity
  • Compile search criteria, drawings, and other relevant information for potential new locations
