Requirements
  • High school diploma is required.
  • Must be able to type 40 words per minute and be prepared to take a typing test.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to start on October 5th.
  • Must be flexible with days and shifts between 6 a.m. and Midnight.
  • Three months contract to hire with two months of classroom training.
Responsibilities
  • Taking all inbound calls including troubleshooting, complaints, and technical issues.
  • Resolving customer issues.
Desired Qualifications
  • Desire previous experience in a call center environment or in retail works well.
