Requirements
  • One to two years of experience working in United States information technology staffing companies managing H-1B employees' payroll.
  • Two to three years of prior accounts payable or accounts receivable experience.
  • Experience with QuickBooks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • A professional demeanor.
  • Interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
  • Provide financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organization.
  • Complete payments and control expenses by receiving payments and processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
  • Manage all payment cycle activities on a day-to-day basis in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Interact with vendors on a daily basis.
  • Track all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, and statements.
  • Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
  • Maintain accurate historical records in accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Pay vendors and ensure payments are received for outstanding credit, while responding to vendor inquiries regarding finance.
  • Prepare account analyses and produce monthly reports.
  • Continue improving the accounting processes.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by management as necessary.
