Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree is required, or two years of combined experience and education may substitute for the minimum education requirement.
  • At least two years of directly related project or administrative experience are required.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication in Spanish is required.
  • Experience providing customer service to stakeholders and different levels of management in a clinical setting is required.
  • Advanced technological and analytical skills are required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand, constantly changing environment are required.
  • A resume and cover letter explaining how the candidate meets the specific requirements are required.
  • Flu immunization is required for on-site faculty and staff.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with the administration and coordination of research and administrative projects and provide quality control.
  • Assist in developing and implementing project goals, strategies, plans, schedules, and objectives.
  • Provide administrative support to management, including planning, organizing, coordinating, scheduling, and implementing project activities.
  • Participate in writing project-status reports and other documentation of administrative activities or project results.
  • Oversee administrative project personnel as assigned.
  • Assist with planning data collection and recommend methods and procedures for data acquisition, management, and quality control.
  • Recommend statistical techniques for data analysis, generate graphs, charts, and tables, interpret analysis results, and prepare reports and other materials.
  • Coordinate publication production and dissemination to meet deadlines.
  • Research, gather, organize, summarize, and analyze data for project and administrative reports and activities, then present results and make recommendations.
  • Evaluate project direction, schedules, activities, and effectiveness.
  • Recommend and implement project or schedule modifications to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Conduct quality-assurance reviews, instruct project personnel on data procedures, monitor problem areas, submit reports with recommendations, and resolve issues.
  • Assist in developing and updating department and project policies and procedures and coordinate their implementation.
  • Develop forms, flow charts, and system requirements.
  • Participate in developing and administering project or department budgets.
  • Provide data and projections for budgets, authorize expenditures within established limits, track and monitor budget activity, analyze variances, and produce interim financial reports.
  • Interface with faculty, staff, external contacts, project staff, and administrators to exchange information and resolve problems or questions.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to staff, student workers, volunteers, and graduate assistants; lead project activities; train personnel; and assess trainee proficiency or readiness.
  • Develop and maintain electronic databases and records, enter or verify database transactions, and provide technical support and design enhancements.
  • Arrange and attend meetings, seminars, symposia, and project-related events; make presentations; and maintain a network of professional contacts.
  • Create status reports on project plans, progress, and activity results.
  • Manage the daily operations of the Trauma Recovery Center, including training, planning, and coordination with clinic leadership, the TRC team, and community partners.
  • Conduct outreach to establish and maintain community partnerships, track outreach efforts and partnership affiliations, participate in community events, present TRC services, and complete referral intakes.
  • Complete monthly reporting to the funder.
  • Audit Trauma Recovery Center client charts.
  • Develop outreach materials, process workflows, and presentations.
  • Serve as a member of the clinic's Quality Assurance team.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Three years of experience are preferred.
