Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a training delivery role
  • High School Diploma or GED required
Responsibilities
  • responsible for the delivery, quality, and continuous improvement of the Instructor Led components of the Learning Curriculum and skills-based coaching
  • connector between the learner, the business, and the curriculum design team
  • critical role to developing talent
  • critical team member within the CVS Health Enterprise, Learning, Development and Performance Center of Excellence (ELD&P) within the Human Resources department
