Requirements
  • The candidate must have 7+ years of experience in revenue, go-to-market, or sales operations, with demonstrated progression in scope and ownership.
  • The candidate must be able to build scoring models, workflows, or routing logic directly in Clay, HubSpot, and an enrichment tool.
  • The candidate must have configured and moved AI agents, enrichment, or automation into production within a go-to-market motion.
  • The candidate must have quantitative depth in pipeline math, coverage ratios, funnel conversion, attribution logic, and capacity and compensation modeling.
  • The candidate must be credible with the CEO, CFO, Managing Directors, private equity sponsors, and boards, and able to defend numbers under scrutiny.
  • The candidate must be able to give clear direction to a lean onshore team and junior nearshore analysts, delegate with tight feedback loops, and improve the work around them.
Responsibilities
  • Own the go-to-market stack end to end, including HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Sendoso, Gong, and related tooling, with final authority on architecture, build-versus-buy decisions, and vendor selection.
  • Set standards for data hygiene, lifecycle definitions, and lead and signal routing across all three business units.
  • Build critical systems personally and transfer the resulting patterns to the team for maintenance and scaling.
  • Own the ICP-fit model in Clay, client health scoring across Consumer, Commercial, and Capital Markets, and the engagement scoring layer.
  • Extend agentic workflows beyond Rex into research, enrichment, routing, and reporting, measuring hours saved and data quality.
  • Maintain buyer personas, the account universe, and signal infrastructure for the outbound motion.
  • Partner with marketing on top-of-funnel campaigns, outbound sales motion, target accounts, segments, asset classes, and supporting systems.
  • Own the account-based marketing strategy, including account selection, tiering, scoring, and priority-account plays.
  • Own data enrichment and prospect research, including account and contact data, list builds, and research feeding campaigns and sequences.
  • Own marketing-sourced revenue reporting using a board-trusted definition.
  • Own deal-level pipeline attribution and the reporting that identifies pipeline origin.
  • Produce pipeline and funnel analytics for monthly sponsor reviews, quarterly board decks, and weekly executive metrics covering coverage, conversion, meetings, and sales-qualified leads.
  • Own the systems and governance for the win-loss program and improve forecast accuracy quarter over quarter.
  • Set the operating model for account ownership, lead qualification, deal-stage movement, and go-to-market standards.
  • Define rules of engagement, qualification criteria, and handoff service-level agreements across marketing, business development, sales, and implementation.
  • Partner with sales leadership on the outbound engine, owning targeting, qualification standards, cadence standards, and performance measurement.
  • Lead change management when the operating model changes, from the executive team through daily users.
  • Provide operational inputs to annual and quarterly planning, including coverage ratios, funnel mathematics, capacity, territory assumptions, and compensation assumptions, in partnership with Finance.
  • Serve as the operations partner to the CEO, CFO, and business-unit Managing Directors, explaining changes in key metrics.
  • Help revenue and marketing leadership prioritize future plays and determine which initiatives to stop.
  • Lead the Revenue Operations Lead and analysts in the Mexico City operations center with clear direction and feedback loops.
  • Review the team's work, teach go-to-market operations practices, and raise the standard of delivered work.
  • Hire and develop team members as the function scales and build a capable succession bench.
