Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a PhD Degree in relevant discipline(s) (CS, CE, EE, Physics, Math).
  • Research experience in at least one of the following areas: 3D Human Reconstruction, Generative Modeling of Humans, Human avatar creation, Gaussian Avatar, Neural Human Avatars, Text to Avatar Generation, Digital Twins, Diffusion Models, Generative World Models, Physics-Based Clothing/Hair/Body Simulation, Neural Radiance Field, Novel View Synthesis, Efficient Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Autonomous Vehicles, Foundation Models, Self-Supervised Learning, Scenario Generation and Simulation, Verification and Validation of Safety-Critical AI Systems.
  • Excellent programming skills in some rapid prototyping environment such as Python; C++ and parallel programming (e.g., CUDA) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of common machine learning frameworks, such as PyTorch.
  • Strong research track record and publication record at top-tier conferences.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Design and implement novel computer vision and machine learning methods.
  • Collaborate with other team members, teams, and/or external researchers.
  • Transfer your research to product groups to enable new products or types of products. Deliverable results include prototypes, patents, and products.
