  • Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy for existing and potential new retail partners through relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordination of all aspects of the retail sales process relative to revenue generation including planning, analysis and management of price, promotion, distribution, new product introduction, inventory management, and brand marketing initiatives
  • Create annual revenue targets for accounts through in-depth customer analysis/planning and hold quarterly business meetings to review KPIs and deliverables with retail contacts
  • Work in conjunction with planning, operations, and finance teams to ensure the highest levels of customer service and delivery excellence
  • Analyze and report sales data and monitor competitor activities to identify trends and develop strategies to maximize sell through and revenue growth
  • Negotiate retail programs to align with company margin targets while effectively communicating specific programs, pricing, and agreement details internally and externally
