Requirements
  • Proficiency in both functional and technical aspects of Oracle Retail Merchandising Systems (this includes RMS, Sales Audit, Invoice Matching and Pricing Management) as well Planning and Allocation
  • Must have an excellent understanding of Retail Merchandising from Merchandising Foundation Data through Sales and Invoice Matching
  • A team player but can work independently
  • Ability to lead and manage expectations with Management
  • Exposure to Atlassian Tools such as Confluence/JIRA
  • Experience with BitBucket or any other GIT Version Control
  • Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Unix/Python and Oracle Data Objects
  • Excellent written, presentation and communication skills
  • Exposure to Microsoft Tools such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Visio
Responsibilities
  • Gathers, analyzes, review and document technical solutions and requirements
  • Collaborate across various IT partners and Business functions to ensure overall solution is captured and aligned across lateral partners
  • Resolves system, applications and process problems by leveraging Systems, Applications, Analysts, Vendors and contract personnel as required
  • Leads Technical Design and Review prior to delivery
  • Owns Code Management to ensure proper process is followed by our Support and Implementation Technical partners
  • Leads identified Technical Problems to resolution and proposes Systems Improvement
  • Identifies System problems and System Improvement and propose improvement action items and align priorities with management
  • Proactively consults with management to determine boundaries and priorities of new projects and considered process changes
  • Develop system proficiency and builds subject matter expertise through root cause analysis
  • Provide timely and thorough communication regarding issue status/resolution with end-users and team
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams and executives to drive IT strategy
  • Analyze and validate information gathered from multiple resources, reconcile conflicts and obtain stakeholder approval
  • Uses data queries to support validation of data fixes and test results
  • Drive system support, working trouble tickets and escalating to teammates according to priority and required expertise queue, completing resolution within SLA
