Responsibilities:
Experience Development:
- Design and curate unique technology educational and demo experiences.
- Collaborate with teams and vendors to implement technology solutions.
- Update experiences to keep pace with technological advancements.
- Monitor inventory and procure necessary supplies and equipment.
- Aligns digital signage content to complement available experiences/devices.
Space Management:
- Maintain the Tech Lounge to provide an immersive environment.
- Oversee setup, configuration, and maintenance of technology and equipment.
- Coordinate with facilities management for space-related issues.
Employee Engagement:
- Promote employee participation and engagement with the Tech Lounge.
- Organize workshops, demonstrations, and events.
- Gather and analyze employee feedback to improve offerings.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work with HR, IT, and other departments to align initiatives with goals.
- Act as the primary contact for Tech Lounge inquiries.
- Present regular reports on activities, usage, and impact.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years related work experience, with at least two years of technical support experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- A passion for workplace technology and cutting edge consumer productivity technology.
- Experience in a retail showroom environment is a plus.
