  • A portfolio showing strong visual judgment and design fundamentals
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite especially Illustrator, with Photoshop skills
  • Experience with print and packaging design
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work at pace
  • A proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach
  • Happy to be onsite in Southampton full-time, especially in the early phase
Responsibilities
  • Working onsite with the team full-time
  • Producing brand guidelines and preparing files for print, packaging, and digital formats
  • Designing clear and effective visual assets aligned with brand standards
  • Supporting day-to-day design requests across the business
  • Collaborating with teams across marketing, operations, and other functions
