  • 5-10 years of facility maintenance experience
  • Proficiency with common business software
  • Experience with material handling equipment and ability to certify users
  • Ability to operate power tools

  • Possession of a Washington driver’s license and experience driving a box truck or similar vehicle

  • Solving HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical repair issues
  • Certifying others to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other equipment
  • Ensuring facilities meet or exceed all local code requirements
  • Scheduling preventative maintenance for all facility systems
  • Retaining accurate records of all maintenance and repairs
  • Ensuring the facility is clean, inviting, and functioning optimally at all times
