Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering, transportation engineering, or a related field
Work experience as a junior engineer (e.g. internship) and/or completion of significant project coursework in traffic engineering, transportation planning, or related areas
Exceptional technical writing and public speaking skills

Familiar with traffic operations analysis software, such as Synchro, Vistro, or VISSIM (highly desirable)

Conduct traffic operations analyses for public and private projects
Develop reports and other deliverables that communicate results to clients and partners
Conduct field visits to improve understanding of existing conditions and needs
Collaborate with a team of engineers and planners to develop high-quality work for clients

Join our team as a Transportation Engineer in the Salt Lake City office of Fehr & Peers. If you have experience or coursework in engineering, roadway, or civil site design, and a passion for innovative solutions, this role is for you. Collaborate with a diverse range of public agencies, developers, and consultants from other disciplines as part of our inclusive team.
