Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent.

Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors.
  • Enter purchase orders and invoices and communicate with vendors about each.
  • Adhere to the management company's operating procedures and policies.
  • Receive and process collections in accordance with company standards.
  • Collect past-due balances.
  • Manage collection efforts from existing residents.
  • Provide clerical and phone support.
  • Maintain resident files and ensure paperwork and documentation are complete and accurate.
  • Resolve resident complaints and direct pertinent issues to the supervisor.
  • Conduct community member move-out apartment inspections and complete deposit accountings with supervisor approval.
  • Maintain account records and transactions, including non-sufficient funds, rent allowances, concessions, rent increases, and other management-approved debits and credits.
  • Complete additional tasks or duties assigned by the supervisor.
  • Maintain a commitment to ongoing professional development and career growth through continuing education programs.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Yardi, Entrata, and Resident Check software programs.
  • Two years of experience in residential property management in the multifamily industry.
  • Previous bookkeeping experience.
