Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a closely related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
  • Masters’ Degree Preferred
  • 15+ years of Technology Delivery experience
  • 8+ years of performance / people management experience
  • 5+ years of experience in conceiving and building products in healthcare space
  • 5+ Year of year working experience in Retail Merchandising space and related technology stack.
  • 5+ years of experience leading a large team of 50+ resources
  • Experience working with offshore vendors
  • Experience working with technology vendors
Responsibilities
  • Building and executing the Retail Front Store Merchandising strategy for the Pricing, Promo, Planogram and Master Data Management domains.
  • Planning, building, executing and delivering a multi-year roadmap which drives business and technology strategy forward.
  • Leading over teams across technology and change management, working across multiple geographies to deliver software engineering work.
  • Driving the technology strategy in support of Retail Front Store Operations.
  • Responsible for technology strategy, design, development, testing, delivery, and growth ensuring all opportunities to build industry leading technology assets are fully realized.
