Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Strategy, Marketing Operations, Project Management or Growth Marketing roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and influence decision-making. Analyze and manipulate data in SQL, Python and/or Looker/Amplitude.
  • Experience managing and scaling marketing operations, including budgeting and impact reporting.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, at an executive level.
  • Collaborative approach with experience working across departments to drive marketing and business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with the Domains industry or experience working with registries is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage high-impact, cross-functional strategic marketing projects aimed at growing our Domains business, working with marketing, product, and commercial teams.
  • Scale and optimize our marketing operations to improve efficiency and drive better performance across our campaigns.
  • Drive impact reporting across all marketing efforts, analyzing key business drivers and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with and influence internal stakeholders across departments to align marketing strategies with broader business goals, ensuring cross-functional coordination and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the development and execution of our Domains pricing strategy, managing updates to infrastructure and philosophy, while adding support for premium domains and implementing TLD-specific pricing to optimize revenue and competitiveness.
  • Oversee partner co-marketing initiatives (Registry and other), building strong partnerships with domain registries and other key partners.
  • Support the development and testing of new marketing strategies, bundling, promotions, and growth initiatives for Domains.
