Requirements
  • Partner with the project leadership team to develop a long-term strategy and roadmap for Front's customer onboarding experience
  • Audit existing content and onboarding experiences, identifying opportunities and solutions for improvement and experimentation
  • Lead primary and secondary research activities such as, but not limited to interviews, surveys, competitive analysis, benchmarking, etc
  • Work with other research-related functions such as marketing, data science, and analytics to triangulate and contextualize user research findings
  • Creating actionable artifacts, such as journey maps, storyboards, mental models, scenarios, and prototypes of varying fidelity
  • Define guidelines and best practices for managing a best-in class customer onboarding experience
  • Effectively present and articulate your findings and recommendations to stakeholders and executives
  • 3+ years of experience in systems design, design strategy, or human-centered design
  • Demonstrated experience applying a range of design thinking frameworks and methods - and the ability to adapt them and invent new ones
  • Experience with a wide variety of design research methods, including qualitative, quantitative, and market(bonus)
  • Strong written, visual and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with SaaS, B2B or other complex technical systems(bonus)
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the confidence to create a clear path forward
  • Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work autonomously, delegate tasks and be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment
