Requirements
- Accounting Diploma or Degree
- Working towards CPA designation is an asset
- 2-3 years related work experience
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
- Results oriented - consistently delivers on time and drives for results
- Enthusiastic team player with demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced changing work environment
- Demonstrate analytical abilities that are quality driven and detailed oriented

Responsibilities

- Management of AR System
- Execution of Client Invoicing and AR management
- Regular maintenance of AR sub-ledgers and cash management
- Ensure client and supporting folders are organized
- Preparation and creation of day-to-day financial information
- Regular maintenance of on-going financial information and schedules as required
- Timely execution of all government and tax payments
- Execution of schedules, reports, journal entries pertaining to month end processes
- Preparing of supporting schedules and reports for audition requirements
- Ensure internal controls and processes identified are followed
- Ad hoc tasks as assigned by CFO and other principals
- Office coordination and administration
- Support and coordinate with Director of Administration on office management as required
- Support the facilitation of the office maintenance as required
- Gathering and documentation of administration information and/or execution of various tasks as required
- Key business stakeholder liaison with principals as required
- Ad hoc tasks as assigned by CFO and other principals
- Consult with banking contact and accounting firm as required
