Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience with SMC³'s CIS and a strong background in LTL pricing strategies. This role involves analyzing market trends, developing pricing models, and collaborating with sales & operations teams to drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize SMC³'s CIS to assess and develop accurate      cost models for LTL shipments.
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and      customer data to inform pricing strategies.
• Develop and maintain pricing models to optimize      revenue and margin performance.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams      to implement pricing strategies.
• Prepare and present pricing reports and      recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor and adjust pricing strategies based on market      dynamics and performance metrics.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years in pricing analysis within the       logistics or transportation industry.
  • Proficiency with SMC³'s Cost Intelligence System       (CIS).
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and general       computer knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a       cross-functional team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with additional SMC³ tools such as Bidsense,      RateWare XL, or BatchMark XL.
