Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent education is required.
  • At least one year of previous experience in a similar position is required.
  • The employee must be able to pass youth-care certification as applicable.
  • The employee must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local safety and health regulations.
  • The employee must be able to stand, walk, sit, kneel, use hands to handle or feel, and talk or hear; occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds; and meet the specified vision requirements.
  • The employee must work shifts as necessary based on business levels.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and ensure that Sports Center policies and rules are followed throughout the facility.
  • Assist with planning and implementing regularly scheduled programs for members and guests in the game room, movie theater, Kids’ Kampus, Kids’ Koral, advertised activities, and special social activities for all ages as directed.
  • Assist with preparing and implementing private special events and parties.
  • Organize and create advertisements, communication pieces, and displays as directed.
  • Maintain the facility in accordance with TPC standards.
  • Arrange chairs, tables, and sporting or exercise equipment in designated rooms or other areas for scheduled recreational, social, or sports activities.
  • Keep attendance records, operate audiovisual equipment, and monitor youth and adult members and guests during recreational events.
  • Assist with all Sports Center operations as delegated by the Activities Director.
  • Instruct members and guests on equipment operating procedures in the fitness room and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Communicate emergency and safety information to members and guests by telephone or two-way radio in a calm, clear, professional manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the building, entryways, and storage and service areas.
  • Maintain emergency equipment and procedures as established.
  • Greet arriving members and guests at the Sports Center and ensure proper sign-in procedures are followed.
  • Provide operational and activity information to members and guests.
  • Facilitate activity registration for all planned events.

TPC Network is a PGA TOUR subsidiary that owns, operates or licenses a collection of private clubs, resort courses and daily-fee golf properties. Its venues include tournament hosts as well as member and guest destinations offering golf, dining, events and hospitality. The network supports course operations, agronomy, membership, food and beverage, retail and event teams across multiple markets. TPC's employer identity is tied to golf-club and resort operations, while its parent relationship connects selected properties to professional tournament experiences.
