Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in similar roles, such as Professional Services, Solutions Architecture, Security Consulting and Software/System Engineering.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in supporting the technology and processes in the Authentication domain and controls programs.
  • Able to troubleshoot and analyze enterprise technologies including network infrastructure, virtualization, and web applications.
  • Experience managing and troubleshooting Windows, AD, AD CS and PKI infrastructures
  • Experience implementing and troubleshooting solutions deployed in some of the following operating systems: Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS, and Android.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to communicate clearly, both written and orally, including experience with technical writing.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to speak to multiple audiences (i.e., executives, business, technical).
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks and prioritize/re-prioritize as necessary.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to learn and adapt to challenges, as well as collaborating with a geographically dispersed team.
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical consulting, implementation, integration support and project delivery for enterprise clients in the commercial and public sector environments.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Yubico’s products and the ecosystem in which the YubiKey integrates, with vendors and platforms such as Okta, Ping, Duo, Entrust, Intercede, HYPR, Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and Active Directory Certificate Services.
  • Liaise with technology partners to investigate and resolve issues with YubiKey integrations depending on tech partner solutions.
  • Deliver successful architecture planning, configuration, deployment and consulting engagements.
  • Write technical integration and implementation guides, best practices and white papers in support of client engagements.
  • Establish and maintain technical credibility with prospects and existing customers.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and look for ways to solve additional use cases in the business with Yubico products or services.
  • Actively communicate within Yubico Solutions, Engineering and Sales with respect to evolving customer requirements in the marketplace.
  • Support and help to grow an amazing work culture and environment.
  • Be comfortable with the rapid nature of a young innovative company.
  • Able to meet billable utilization goals and targets.
  • Work with customers remotely and in person.
  • Limited travel may be expected in this role.
