Requirements
  • Be a director, vice president, or other senior demand generation or growth marketing leader with 20+ years of experience managing marketing teams and coaching individuals.
  • Be able to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month to coaching at Mento for the next 24+ months.
  • Have the capacity to give a minimum of three to five hours per week to Mento regardless of other commitments.
  • Be able to work with Mento for a minimum of 24 months.
  • Be based in North America or Europe.
  • Participate in and graduate from Mento Coaching 101, the ICF-certified coach training program.
Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions using the Mento Platform and Tools.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve coaching abilities and skills.
  • Communicate with members via Mento email or chat in the Mento App between sessions.
  • Share coaching tools and insights as a member of the Mento coaching community to enhance coaching practices.
  • Act as an ambassador of the Mento community.
Desired Qualifications
  • Coaching certification is a plus but not required.
  • Have strong people-leadership skills that can be developed into meaningful coaching skills.
  • Demonstrate self-awareness, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to create a safe space for vulnerability.
  • Be comfortable working in a constantly changing startup environment.
