Reporting to the Manager of Internal Communications, your primary responsibilities will be to establish and communicate organizational initiatives and keep staff informed, motivated, and engaged.
Primary Responsibilities:
Ensure organizational initiatives, projects and announcements are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders.
Plan, edit and develop content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as our intranet, weekly newsletter, monthly educational webinars, and internal communications platform, E360.
Draft companywide communications from senior executives for presentation to employees in written or video form.
Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization.
Maintain and oversee global corporate activity calendar and corporate training calendar.
Support quarterly town halls, all hands, and other virtual events.
Work closely and support product, sales, channel, HR, operations, IT, marketing, and our employee resource groups on internal communication initiatives.
Job Requirements
·Careful and thorough attention to detail
·Strong project management skills
·Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication skills; strong writing experience preferred.
·Ability to meet deadlines under pressure while managing multiple tasks and teams
·Energetic, positive, enthusiastic, and flexible team player
·Works well independently
·Basic understanding of the high-tech industry helpful
·At least 5 years’ experience in communications, marketing, or related field
·Experience using Firstup a plus
·Basic video editing a plus
Bachelor’s degree required
