Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products, aligning them with business goals and customer needs.
  • Facilitates and provides recommendations for ongoing business planning to determine feasibility and resource needs and regional prioritization.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the users, external and internal, and understands the full range of stakeholder constraints and needs, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Investment product strategies, and legal and compliance requirements.
  • Leverage AWS services (e.g., S3, Glue, Athena) to manage scalable data products that ensure high availability, performance, and security.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, data engineers, data scientists, data analysts, and other stakeholders to identify the problems, define requirements and features, and prioritize the product backlog to drive significant change to the client or user experience.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, including problem definition, planning, development, testing, and product release.
  • Partner with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues in a timely manner, and support/drive escalations where required to enable rapid delivery.
  • Engage with internal users and customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and continuously improve the data product experience.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for data products and use data-driven insights to inform product enhancements and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to ensure our data solutions are innovative and competitive.
  • Develop product documentation, user guides, and training materials to support product adoption and user engagement.
  • Identify and resolve product-related issues, including data discrepancies, performance bottlenecks, and user experience challenges.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
