Requirements
  • Have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and experience operating large vehicles (such as buses, shuttles, trailers, ambulances, etc.)
  • Exceptional organization and time management; strong sense of ownership ensuring last-mile execution
  • Ability to work up to 3 days per week with flexibility with changing patient needs.
  • Comfort and experience interacting with patients - embodying human centeredness, building rapport easily and putting our patients at ease - you'll be assisting our teams as they provide care.
  • Ability to facilitate planning, scheduling and coordination processes and able to comfortably work within multiple systems / eager to learn new technology and workflows.
  • For the safety of our patients and staff, employees in this role must be fully vaccinated, including a booster, with an FDA-approved COVID-19 vaccination.
Responsibilities
  • Drive and operate our mobile clinic, keep the vehicle fueled, arrange and manage needed repairs and maintenance, and keep mileage and repair records up-to-date.
  • Coordinate our mobile clinic —help to coordinate and schedule clinic days within the community and ensure the clinic is stocked and maintained for effective care and an amazing patient experience.
  • Support care team members’ travel to patient homes and accompany them for in-home or mobile clinic care delivery.
  • Serve as a Galileo ambassador in the field, representing our care model well and engaging with patients, family members, and the broader community.
  • In this collaborative, mission-driven role, your adaptability and teamwork will help deliver care directly to patients, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience in dynamic, real-world conditions.
